Vegetable Potpie

  • Pillsbury Doughboy Crescent (1 can)

  • Flour

  • Mixed Vegetables, in a bag or you can chop your own (w/chicken)

  • Pasta (optional)

  • Shredded Cheese (optional)

  • Seasoning (Salt, pepper, garlic powder,)

  • Butter or cooking spray

Set oven to 375

Pull apart the Pillsbury Doughboy Crescents into the shape they are. This should be similar to a triangle shape. With the flour, you will need to make extra dough and sit it to the side.

After pulling the dough apart, place each piece inside of an oven baked pan. Make sure the pan is greased with butter or non-stick spray.

Once you have pulled apart the dough, place each piece inside of the pan covering the pan until it is fully covered. Pour the veggies into the pan onto the dough. Add shredded cheese of your choice.

Cover top of veggies with extra dough that have been sitting to the side, you had enough of the Pillsbury dough, that is great and you can cover the top with with the that extra dough. Using the dough that have been sitting to side, make sure you cover the complete top of the veggies and mix a little of the Pillsbury if can.

Once dough is fully covered on top brush top with melted butter, sprinkle parley on top, and top off with cheese.

Bake in the oven on 375 until dough had baked completely.
